General (Hatha)

This class integrates postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to harmonise you on every level - body, mind and spirit. It is a delightful, mindful and moving class. All levels welcome.


Astanga is a rigorous style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of postures and is similar to Vinyasa yoga, as each style links every movement to a breath. The difference is that Astanga always performs the exact same poses in the exact same order, whereas the order or variance of the poses often changes with Vinyasa.
