Steam & Sauna
Get a sweat on! It’s as essential to our health as eating or breathing, by helping rid body waste, regulate our temperature, and keep our skin clean and pliant. And if you find the sauna too arid, hop into the steam room instead.
Steam it out. Increasing your body temperature above normal using steam replicates a fever, raising your body’s core temperature beyond what certain microbes need to reproduce. Steam inhalation can also really help with respiratory conditions like sinusitis, bronchitis, allergies and asthma.
IMPORTANT: Consult your doctor before a sauna or steam if you’ve any health problems.
