Pilates Workshops - Mat and Reformer
Pilates Reformer/Mat Workshops are designed to take you from the beginner level through to intermediate. Our 8-12 week courses introduce you to the fundamental concepts of core awareness and body alignment. As you progress and develop your technique, the workouts become more advanced.
