Small Group Fitness Terms and Conditions
It’s recommended that you arrive at least 5 mins before the start of the class. If you’re late for the class your booking may be given to another member or you may be turned away if your late arrival may be disruptive to the class.
Participants are required to bring a sweat towel and water bottle to all classes.
Please ensure that you inform the instructor of any injuries and medical conditions before the start of the class.
Multiple bookings at the same time or booking for others under your name is not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel or change any classes. We also reserve the right to prevent a member from participating in a class or to ask a member to leave the class.
IMPORTANT: 3 hour cancellation policy
If you cancel within this time period, or are a no-show, you’ll be charged a nominal fee which is required to be paid before your next class. Failure to pay this fee, or any other outstanding fees, may affect your future bookings.
BodyTech assumes no responsibility for your bookings and managing your bookings remains your responsibility.
Participants are required to wear wraps and gloves. We recommend bringing your own, otherwise gloves and wraps are available for hire for a small fee at reception.
If you’re attending a Ride class for the first time, please arrive early and let the Instructor know that you’ll need to be set up on the bike.
We recommend cycling shorts and cycling shoes, but neither is essential.
Bravo HIIT Series™
Participants are expected to arrive to class warmed up.
If you’re attending a Bravo class for the first time, you’re required to have been through the exercises with one of the gym staff prior to it. Please ask any of the gym staff for assistance.
