Personal Trainer / Supervisor

I started at BodyTech in 2015 as a Fitness Instructor. I have since gone through training and become a Personal Trainer, Supervisor and currently in the role of the Small Group Co-ordinator.

Prior to BodyTech, I completed a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation majoring in Exercise Science.

I was also involved in sports throughout school, with my main focus being dancing. Working at BodyTech is a really good fit for me because not only can I help members achieve their health and fitness goals, but also assist with staff development.

Why do you embrace HIT?
HIT is really challenging and an effective way of achieving maximum results in a short period of time. With equal importance on form and doing things safely, you can push through your mental barriers and embrace intensity.

Everything we do here at BodyTech is backed by scientific research and therefore makes me confident to educate members and staff.

What’s your favourite workout/exercise to experience HIT?
Leg press is my favourite HIT exercise as it’s challenging both physically and mentally. It’s an effective and efficient way of getting maximum intensity safely, which leaves me feeling great.

How do you benefit from HIT in everyday life?
It keeps me physically strong and feeling good about myself.  It’s also time efficient and keeps me committed to strength training three times a week.
