Why do you embrace HIT?

HIT/HIIT is excellent at building muscle tissue, stoking the metabolic engine 24/7 in turn helping burn fat and improving cardiovascular health. Bottom line is HIT will make you work harder and through hard work, you'll achiever results.

What's your favourite workout/exercise to experience HIT?

All of my HIT/HIIT workouts are challenging, fun and varied. Attention to form is my number one objective.

How do you benefit from HIT in everyday life?

As we all know time is precious. Three half hour HIT workouts a week fits in very well with my busy schedule.
