    Our BodyTech MedFit Trainers have completed comprehensive post graduate study in the health care sciences and are experienced personal trainers. This unique combination of skills gives them an advanced understanding of the human body in both health and disease, and ensures that the exercise programme they recommend will keep you safe and help you reach your fitness goals as efficiently as possible.

    Most clients starting a new exercise programme will need a minimum of two sessions and periodic follow-up to ensure success. Those with a more complicated medical history may require further sessions. We also offer one-off sessions for people with medical conditions/injuries who would like to evaluate their exercise programme.

    * If you have an undiagnosed medical condition or injury we recommend that you see a doctor or registered health professional for a diagnosis, treatment plan and prognosis prior to your first appointment.
    ** MedFit Trainers will always work with your medical team or current personal trainer in the prescription of a safe exercise programme. They will ask for medical clearance and recommendations where required.
