Get better, faster results with HIT Personal Training™
In 2014 I had the opportunity to perform in the musical Mamma Mia at the Civic Theatre, where I observed a lot of my colleagues get injured due to a lack of strength. These injuries restricted them from being the best that they could be. This made me want to gain a better understanding of injury prevention, which led me to becoming a personal trainer.

I aim to help my clients by providing progressive exercise routines that make them look forward to the challenge of their next session. By completely understanding a client’s ideal end state, I can help them to follow the necessary route to achieve their goals whether that be in exercise, nutrition or rehabilitation.
Why do you embrace HIT?
Working harder means better results in a short amount of time. Being able to work to this intensity myself, and being able to push my clients to this intensity, means that there are no excuses for not having time to get into the gym and see results.
What’s your favourite workout/exercise to experience HIT?
My goals are constantly changing so being able to do a full body workout, and working everything to failure, means that I can achieve whatever I’m trying to focus on at the time.
How do you benefit from HIT in everyday life?
Because I have a busy schedule, the ability to fit three strength training sessions in each week means that I can balance my workout with my workload without compromising my goals.
