In 2001 BodyTech opened the first purpose built facility of its kind in New Zealand, designed without having to compromise functionality or quality. Located in a brand new complex on Normanby Road, Auckland,
BodyTech Fitness and Spa is an expansion on the original services that BodyTech Mt Eden provided, these include: an exercise studio (Supervised Strike, Qigong, Tai ji, Yoga, and Pilates), tennis court, 25 metre swimming pool, sauna, steam, spa and BodyTech Spa - a fully serviced Day Spa. Furthermore Functional Physiotherapy is located in the same building and has a close association with BodyTech, assisting with specialist rehabilitation for our members.
Specific health issues (obesity, osteoporsis, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and low back pain) can be personally addressed within BodyTech's Supervised Training™ 30 minute programmes. BodyTech is the ideal fitness solution for someone looking to invest in longterm health and wellness.
